Other conditions,
Client back out / opt out for Service agreement we are eligible to take our service charges as per the percentage of work which we have already done for the client.
After signing service agreement, due to any reason (from our side only) if we are not able to deliver our services as agreed in service agreement, client is eligible to claim refund (if no issues from client side) of full amount (but other than the service agreement charges) based on management approvals.
Client’s lending, repayments and bad credit history or any other important historical legal incident may affect our service performance. We expect that customer provide us upfront true and fair personal, financial, nonfinancial and legal information about them as per their best knowledge, during our services in case of finding any missing information which client was aware of, client is NOT eligible to claim refund of paid amount.
In case of any findings of lending, repayments and bad credit history or any other important historical legal incident, our scope of work may be increased and revised quotation will be issued to the client.
We may share your information with third parties as per your service requested on our website and personal meetings. Service providers may contact you via mail, texts, calls, etc. Third parties may share your information for any conduct research as well. While signing our service agreement, using / registering on our website and social media pages you are agreeing on our data sharing policy.
